Job Summary
A company is looking for a Provisioning Specialist L3.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage, reproduce, and document failed provisioning tasks, reporting issues to responsible parties
- Interact with vendors and engineering to manage escalations and report defects
- Host training sessions for Provisioning Specialist L1s and L2s team members
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- At least five (5) years of experience in a technical and/or customer service environment
- At least three (3) years of experience in a provisioning or operations role
- Familiarity with business management and API tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Postman)
- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
