Job Summary
A company is looking for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive mental health care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric consultation to primary care providers through systematic case review
- Educate primary care providers and Collaborative Care Clinicians about mental health disorders and treatment options
- Collaborate with assigned clinicians to track patient panels and clinical outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Psychiatric NP licensure in CT and PA; additional state licenses preferred
- ANCC Board Certification
- 2+ years of post-PMHNP experience
- Experience in integrated care settings
- Technical proficiency in EMRs/EHRs and related software
