Psychiatry Specialty Representative

Job Summary

To enhance sales performance in the psychiatry sector, the full-time Psychiatry Specialty Representative will execute brand strategies, manage territory accounts, and build strong customer relationships while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and financial targets
• Create and execute pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales effectiveness
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare providers to maximize brand performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or equivalent industry experience
• At least five years of relevant industry experience, with three years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, and competitive landscapes
• Proven track record of success in sales and strong presentation skills
• Ability to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements
