Job Summary
A company is looking for a Public Sector Field Operations Manager to oversee and optimize sales operations processes in the Public Sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of sales operations strategies to support sales targets and revenue growth in the Public Sector
- Oversee and optimize sales operations processes, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales leadership and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- At least 7+ years of experience managing sales operations teams in the Public Sector (FED/SLED)
- Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and technologies
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and collaborate effectively with teams across different regions and functions
