Public Sector Proposal Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing public sector initiative, the part-time Public Sector Proposal Specialist will manage RFx bid submissions, coordinate content development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote role based in the Pacific time zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop content for public sector RFx responses and proposals, managing submission schedules and strategies
• Track all aspects of content preparation, collaborating with sales, engineering, legal, and compliance teams
• Leverage AI to create baseline content and participate in the development of proposals and win themes

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of public sector proposal/bid management experience
• Experience managing technical bids/proposals within the SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS sectors
• Familiarity with government solicitations under direct and indirect contracting models
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite; APMP or PMP certification is a plus
