Job Summary
A company is looking for a QA Tech Lead to establish the QA function across several AI products.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and mentor a QA team, focusing on engagement and performance
- Refine and extend the existing QA infrastructure for multiple AI-driven products
- Evaluate LLM performance and maintain virtual testing environments across various programming languages
Essential Qualifications
- 10+ years of QA experience, including 7+ years in test automation
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 10+ members
- Proficient in multiple programming languages and diverse tech stacks
- Experience in designing and building test automation infrastructure
- Knowledge of AI and ML technologies with hands-on experience
