Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality and Communications Manager, MOS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal and external communications with Federal leadership and stakeholders
  • Oversee quality management programs and compliance monitoring of contractual standards
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures and external customer-facing communications

Required Qualifications and Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field
  • 5+ years of healthcare quality improvement experience
  • 2+ years of management/leadership experience
  • Knowledge of quality improvement processes and government contract compliance
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred (LSSBB or LSSGB)
