Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality and Communications Manager, MOS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal and external communications with Federal leadership and stakeholders
- Oversee quality management programs and compliance monitoring of contractual standards
- Develop and manage standard operating procedures and external customer-facing communications
Required Qualifications and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field
- 5+ years of healthcare quality improvement experience
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience
- Knowledge of quality improvement processes and government contract compliance
- Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred (LSSBB or LSSGB)
