Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to develop and execute testing for web applications related to patent and trademark services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop functional, integration, and regression testing plans and scripts
- Execute testing scripts and log bugs, providing analysis on testing progress
- Handle level-2 customer support calls and document issues for future reference
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Natural Science or Technology-related fields
- 3-5 years of Quality Assurance experience
- Experience with front-end (UI) and back-end (API) testing
- Familiarity with Jira and TestRail
- Knowledge of Git and Jenkins for CI/CD
