Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Operations Quality Assurance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls for quality assurance
- Provide training and development for contact center staff based on call evaluations
- Identify trends and training opportunities through data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Higher education (AA or bachelor's degree) or extensive experience in transaction roles
- In-depth knowledge of Long-Term Care (LTC) products, policies, and procedures
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in LTC or 1 year in LTC with QA experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information
- Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
