Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Operations Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls for quality assurance
  • Provide training and development for contact center staff based on call evaluations
  • Identify trends and training opportunities through data analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Higher education (AA or bachelor's degree) or extensive experience in transaction roles
  • In-depth knowledge of Long-Term Care (LTC) products, policies, and procedures
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in LTC or 1 year in LTC with QA experience
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer and employee information
  • Proven ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
