Job Summary

Leading a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, the full-time remote Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance Benefit Configuration will oversee benefit configuration testing and validation, ensuring compliance with client requirements and internal quality standards across all lines of business.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team to execute benefit configuration testing, validation, and audit activities
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards and procedures for new client implementations and ongoing maintenance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency in quality assurance practices
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in benefit confirmation or quality assurance
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in PBM or healthcare operations required
  • 4+ years of experience with MS Excel, including complex data analysis
  • Knowledge of government programs such as Medicare or Medicaid required
