Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the product complaint system and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the triage and processing of product complaints, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve discrepancies and support the complaint returns process
  • Prioritize complaints and provide written communication to senior management and team members as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience in a biopharmaceutical quality, analytical development, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Understanding of cGMP and regulations related to biopharmaceuticals
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvements
