Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor to establish quality guidelines and improve processes while enhancing customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage quality forms to measure performance
  • Observe and score customer interactions based on quality standards
  • Analyze data to identify growth areas and recommend process improvements

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Technical proficiency in using computers and generating reports
  • Ability to analyze data and determine root causes
  • Experience in creating and reviewing processes
  • Willingness to assist other departments in developing solutions and metrics
