Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Quality Assurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise QA and QE teams across multiple Scrum teams, developing test plans and scenarios
• Mentor team members and serve as an escalation point for quality assurance issues
• Evaluate test cases and results to ensure successful releases and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business/systems testing
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment with knowledge of test management tools
• Working knowledge of SQL for test data creation
• Familiarity with automated testing tools and techniques
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus
