Quality Assurance Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Supervisor to oversee the quality assurance monitoring program and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the quality assurance monitoring program for accurate evaluation of operations
• Lead and mentor a team of Quality Assurance Analysts, providing guidance and development opportunities
• Develop and maintain quality assurance standards and guidelines in line with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance within the collections or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of regulations such as FDCPA, TCPA, and FCRA
• Experience with quality assurance tools, including speech analytics platforms
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
