Job Summary

To support the growth of the organization, the full-time remote Quality Assurance Supervisor will oversee the Quality Assurance team, ensuring accurate configuration and data transfers of client benefits while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee the Quality Assurance team's activities to ensure accurate and timely configuration of client benefits and data transfers
  • Provide superior customer service through a collaborative and communicative approach, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Manage team performance and workload, including capacity reporting, audits, and addressing escalations from direct reports
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
  • 4 years of relevant experience required
  • Knowledge of PBM industry practices is preferred
  • Understanding of data privacy practices and healthcare industry standards is a plus
  • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team is advantageous
