Quality Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Auditor to support programs providing resources and support for military members and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality audits of Contact Center support and evaluate program performance measures and KPIs
• Identify and report patterns, trends, and recommended remedies to the Auditing Manager based on performance data
• Provide feedback and corrective actions on program deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to performance standards

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in quality audits
• Experience in monitoring and reporting on quality issues per COA or URAC standards
• Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
• Knowledge of call center operations and military lifestyle
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks
