Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Auditor to support programs providing resources and support for military members and their families.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits of Contact Center support and evaluate program performance measures and KPIs
- Identify and report patterns, trends, and recommended remedies to the Auditing Manager based on performance data
- Provide feedback and corrective actions on program deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to performance standards
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in a behavioral health related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience in quality audits
- Experience in monitoring and reporting on quality issues per COA or URAC standards
- Strong analytical thinking and data analysis skills
- Knowledge of call center operations and military lifestyle
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background checks
