Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Care Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Collect and analyze data from network providers for HEDIS measures
Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance service delivery and care quality
Conduct provider training on quality measures and data integrity

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3-5 years of healthcare experience, including 1 year of HEDIS-related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Ability to drive in the state of California
Fluency in Spanish and/or Chinese is a plus
