Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Control Analyst to ensure compliance with regulations in loan origination and servicing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze loan documentation for regulatory compliance
- Conduct audits of loan files and servicing records to evaluate compliance practices
- Prepare reports on compliance findings and recommend corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality control or compliance role in financial services
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations for chattel loans
- Familiarity with quality control review frameworks and processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
