Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate, Quality Control to conduct peer-to-peer reviews of due diligence reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality assurance on due diligence reports following FCRA and client guidelines
- Analyze and summarize complex legal documents and online research
- Collaborate with client relations and third-party firms for document retrieval and support
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of related experience in Public Records
- Knowledge of FCRA regulations and due diligence databases like Lexis Nexis and Westlaw
- Bilingual preferred
- Experience with peer-to-peer reviews preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Political Science, or International Studies
