Job Summary
A company is looking for a Quality Improvement Specialist, HR Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain training resources for HR shared services team members
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing HR processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of direct experience within a HR shared services organization
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with HR ServiceNow, phone and chat tools
- Strong understanding of HR processes and systems including HCM, recruiting, and learning tools
