Radiation Oncology Coder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Radiation Oncology Coder.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign appropriate charge levels and highest level of ICD specificity
• Review Medicare Local Coverage Articles, bulletin updates, and quarterly NCCI
• Ensure all required authorizations are obtained as per physician's orders

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Coding certification required, with ROCC coding certification strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of radiation coding experience required
