Radiology Workflow Operations Associate

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and clinically savvy, the full-time remote Radiology Workflow Operations Associate will manage the integrity and execution of critical radiology workflows, serving as the frontline expert for Addendum processing and complex workflow resolution.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Addendum lifecycle, ensuring completion within clinical SLAs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for workflow-related inquiries from providers and customers
• Manage and resolve complex radiology workflow exceptions and escalations with urgency and accuracy

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree with 1+ year of radiology support experience, or HS/GED with 3+ years in healthcare or clinical operations
• Experience using CRM or ticketing systems, such as Salesforce, and familiarity with clinical systems like PACS, RIS, or EMR platforms
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify workflow inefficiencies
• Strong documentation skills for workflow activities and customer interactions
