Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote RCM Billing Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls & emails from customers within a 48-hour turnaround time
  • Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
  • Collect copays and deductible payments

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
  • Knowledge of medical insurance procedures
