Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote RCM Billing Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls & emails from customers within a 48-hour turnaround time
- Assist customers with requests for information, complaints, making appointments, and resolving issues
- Collect copays and deductible payments
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Knowledge of medical insurance procedures
