RCM Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Project Manager, RCM to assist new customers in the onboarding and implementation process of practice management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the onboarding process and assist with ERA and EDI enrollments
• Configure billing rules and payer set-up, and review claim submissions for assigned accounts
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously and track customer progress using project management tools

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in hands-on medical billing, with a preference for behavioral health billing experience
• 3+ years of customer service or account management experience
• Prior project management experience
• Expert experience with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools
• Deep understanding of behavioral health billing and claim structure
