Job Summary
A company is looking for an RCM Onboarding Specialist to manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new healthcare clients, ensuring a smooth transition and long-term success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, providing guidance on medical billing services
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and support their objectives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle management medical billing experience
- Experience with multiple EMRs and Practice Management Applications, including Epic and Cerner
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and projects
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required
- Proactive mindset with a passion for customer service and exceptional client experiences
