Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Real Property Attorney (remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with affordable housing construction loan transactions, including drafting loan-related documents
- Handle title and survey reviews
- Review and summarize subordinate financing sources and restrictive covenants documents
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of real estate experience in a mid-large law firm or in-house setting
- Strong experience managing loan transactions and financing matters
- Active bar admission in specific states
- Availability to work 20-25 hours per week
- Ability to work remotely and handle high volume legal matters
