Job Summary

A company is looking for a Real Time Analyst to monitor queues and ensure target metrics are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules
  • Produce internal reports and assist with metrics and targets creation
  • Analyze operations team delivery processes for improvements

Required Qualifications
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas
  • Ability to create reports and forecast results
  • Previous call center experience required
  • Ability to multitask and complete reports for extended periods
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
