Job Summary
A company is looking for a Real Time Analyst to monitor queues and ensure target metrics are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage call volume, daily attendance, and program break schedules
- Produce internal reports and assist with metrics and targets creation
- Analyze operations team delivery processes for improvements
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including advanced formulas
- Ability to create reports and forecast results
- Previous call center experience required
- Ability to multitask and complete reports for extended periods
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus
