Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recording Document Specialist to ensure the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare real estate documents for compliance with county requirements
  • Research and verify information using online county indexes
  • Provide client support and manage document tracking and reporting

Required Qualifications
  • Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
  • Dependability and consistent attendance
