Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recording Document Specialist to ensure the accurate and timely submission of real estate documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and prepare real estate documents for compliance with county requirements
- Research and verify information using online county indexes
- Provide client support and manage document tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of work
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
- Dependability and consistent attendance
