Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recovery Services Support Associate IV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Provide troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Support and backup the Account Manager when necessary
Required Qualifications:
- At least two years' experience providing customer service
- Ability to type 40-50 WPM
- Able to adapt to a frequently changing environment
- Self-motivation to work under his/her own initiative
- Must have good computer skills and be familiar with Microsoft Office
