Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Facilitate discussions with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
- Provide updates on ongoing requisitions and maintain recruitment data in the ATS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of direct, relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Experience recruiting for both Corporate and Technical roles
- Ability to negotiate candidate compensation packages in partnership with HR
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
