Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting process with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate experience
• Find, engage, and activate passive candidates via sourcing methods
• Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making process with interviewers and hiring managers

Required Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a Corporate or agency environment
• Proficient with handling 5-7+ reqs simultaneously
• Experience sourcing both passive and active candidate markets using effective practices
• Sharp interview skills with ability to screen for technical and cultural qualities
• Must be flexible & adaptable to pick up new roles as organizational needs shift
