Job Summary

- Generate leads through high-volume outreach activities
- Execute creative sourcing strategies to connect with high-quality candidates
- Keep hiring managers updated on strategy, hires, and pipelines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience creatively recruiting candidates in a metric-driven setting
- Proficiency in formatting excel spreadsheets and using data tools & formulas
- Experience creating & maintaining pipelines and talent pools in a CRM or ATS
- Experience in creating e-marketing campaigns
