Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and screen candidates
- Schedule interviews, conduct interviews via Zoom, and administer skills tests
- Maintain the recruiting database and assist management with personnel issues and training workshops
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, and hiring
- Passion for recruitment and human resources
- Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST
- Reliable workstation with necessary equipment for remote work
- International recruiting experience is a plus
