Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, scheduling, and negotiating offers
- Engage and nurture candidates through various channels while partnering with hiring managers
- Streamline recruitment processes and maintain reports and metrics to optimize hiring strategies
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable adapting to a rapidly evolving startup culture
- Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
- Strong interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and hiring managers
