Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable adapting to a rapidly evolving startup culture
• Proficient with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requisitions
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and hiring managers
