Job Summary

Owning full-cycle recruitment, the full-time Recruiter will source and engage exceptional talent across engineering, AI research, product, and business roles while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Build pipelines for technical roles, including AI/ML Engineers and Product Engineers
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience and continuously improve hiring processes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth technology companies or startups
• Experience hiring across the US and European markets
• Strong track record of closing technical and engineering roles
• Understanding of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and machine learning fundamentals
• Fluent in English (C1+) with excellent communication skills
