Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiter for a remote, temporary position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage executive-level talent
  • Develop candidate generation strategies and build a pipeline of executive talent
  • Perform research, industry calibration, and reference checking to target top talent

Required Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, or recruiting research experience
  • 5+ years of experience with productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruiting CRM systems
  • Experience in the technology industry and executive recruiting preferred
  • Experience with Office 365, iCIMS, and other recruiting apps
  • Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
