Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the candidate coordination lifecycle and enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule on-site and virtual interviews, coordinating with Executive Assistants
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely follow-up and communication
  • Manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system and oversee calendar management

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in complex calendar management
  • Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and action items
