Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the candidate coordination lifecycle and enhance the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule on-site and virtual interviews, coordinating with Executive Assistants
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely follow-up and communication
- Manage candidate information in the applicant tracking system and oversee calendar management
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in complex calendar management
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and action items
