Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiting Partner (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
- Partner with hiring managers to design and execute recruitment processes
- Drive a positive candidate experience and uphold DEI values in recruiting practices
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a SaaS startup
- Experience with passive sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Strong focus on building diverse and inclusive hiring practices
- Proven ability to build relationships and trust with candidates and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain structured operations
