Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative support to the recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide detailed confirmations to candidates
- Manage background checks, drug tests, and the remote I-9 process for new hires
- Assist with posting open positions and maintaining candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- 1 year of administrative support experience is preferred
- Prior experience with interview scheduling in a high-volume environment is a plus
