Job Summary

A company is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to provide administrative support to the recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate interview schedules and provide detailed confirmations to candidates
  • Manage background checks, drug tests, and the remote I-9 process for new hires
  • Assist with posting open positions and maintaining candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • High school diploma or GED is required
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • 1 year of administrative support experience is preferred
  • Prior experience with interview scheduling in a high-volume environment is a plus
