Job Summary

Dedicated to making a positive difference, the full-time Fixed Site Recruitment Supervisor will oversee and coordinate Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists to achieve assigned goals while working primarily onsite with occasional remote flexibility.

Key responsibilities:

• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate performance of assigned team members
• Complete call quality monitoring and provide appropriate feedback to staff
• Manage group and individual messaging, ensuring script development and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Experience in recruitment or team management
• Proven ability to achieve performance goals
• Familiarity with donor outreach and engagement strategies
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays
