Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track revenues and receivables for properties within the region
- Manage budgeting, operational reporting, and expense monitoring
- Serve as a liaison with accounting and assist in financial reporting
Required Qualifications
- BA or BS in economics, finance, accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of managerial experience
- Working knowledge of GAAP principles
- Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
