Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Regional Customer Success Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing a team of 5 to 8 individual contributors focused on customer satisfaction and bookings activities.
  • Developing and deploying programs focused on driving high customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Overseeing customer loyalty, renewal, referenceability, and portfolio expansion

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of sales and/or account management experience
  • Demonstrated track record in achieving bookings targets, managing large account management teams, and driving customer success
  • Ability to work with customers directly to help overcome challenges and convert challenged customers into referenceable customers
  • Demonstrated ability to drive customer renewals
