Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director - Loss Control.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Independent Contractors (ICs) to enhance performance
• Analyze service areas and run daily reports to identify trends in quality and timeliness
• Build professional relationships with peers and ICs while ensuring production quality and profitability goals are met

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a related field or role is required
• Degree or Professional Designations (CSP, ARM, AINS, CPCU) are a plus
• Industry-specific experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other software is necessary
• Experience in process management, IC management, and inventory management is essential
