Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Mid-Atlantic Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in prospecting, account planning, and achieving revenue targets
- Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed ACV targets
- Track progress of Account Executives and cultivate a high-performance culture through effective coaching
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
