Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Director, Enterprise Mid-Atlantic Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives in prospecting, account planning, and achieving revenue targets
  • Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans to meet or exceed ACV targets
  • Track progress of Account Executives and cultivate a high-performance culture through effective coaching


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams at the Enterprise level
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets with Enterprise-level clients
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and developing sales talent
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools for pipeline management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
