A company is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee and manage daily operations for multiple healthcare physician practices and ancillary services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions across geographically dispersed practice locations
• Manage operations, marketing, finance, and human resources for the clinics
• Travel regularly to various clinics to ensure effective management and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four years of experience may substitute for the degree
• Minimum five years of experience in the specialty field
• At least three years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
