Job Summary

Leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers in the Central region, the full-time Regional VP of Sales will drive growth initiatives, support client engagement strategies, and oversee sales activities while reporting directly to the SVP of Sales for the Americas Enterprise Install Base team.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports in client and prospect meetings
  • Develop a winning team through recruiting, hiring, and training efforts
  • Lead initiatives for customer awareness and engagement while monitoring sales activity and forecasting
Required qualifications
  • Proven 5+ years of sales leadership in an enterprise SaaS environment
  • Recognized performance in directly leading a team of Account Executives
  • Established executive engagement and negotiation skills
  • Experience in driving large deal activities and providing sales enablement coaching
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative selling experience
