Job Summary
A company is looking for a Market Registered Nurse to provide virtual clinical care and support for patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized patient care and manage chronic conditions
- Conduct telephonic triage and coordinate care for acute needs
- Document patient care activities accurately and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent clinical experience
- Active nurse licensure in Rhode Island or multistate license in good standing
- Recent experience in telephonic triage, urgent care, or ER/ED settings
- Experience caring for aging adults and those with complex care needs
- Preferred advanced training in geriatrics or palliative medicine
