Job Summary
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse - Care Coordinator on a 6-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with plan members and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate surgical care processes and obtain necessary authorizations
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for members
Required Qualifications:
- Active, multistate Registered Nurse licensure
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical acute care experience
- Experience in surgery is preferred
- Proficiency in data entry, Microsoft Office, and contact center-style phone systems
