Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enrollment Liaison Registered Nurse to facilitate the enrollment process of new members into health programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily virtual new member visits and engage members about the health programs
- Collaborate with team colleagues to ensure a seamless member experience
- Support member retention strategies during the onboarding process
Required Qualifications and Education
- Currently active and unencumbered RN license, compact state license preferred
- Minimum 3-4 years of nursing experience in various healthcare systems or programs
- BSN from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in medical sales, program enrollment, or related fields preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
