Registered Nurse Manager - Compact State

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Registered Nurse Manager to lead a team of RNs and ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage triage Registered Nurses and oversee their SLAs for patient communications
• Streamline Triage Phone line processes and develop RN-related triage/RX protocols
• Collaborate with clinical care teams and conduct phone assessments for patient care

Required Qualifications

• Licensed RN with 4+ years of clinical triage experience, preferably in high acuity, prenatal, or pediatric settings
• 2+ years of experience in team management
• Familiarity with RN triage protocols and encouraging RNs to utilize their full licensing
• Compact state licensure
• Excellent knowledge of chronic disease states and complex medical conditions
